The smallest detail can make the biggest difference!
After living on Delos for a couple of weeks I started to notice more and more of all the little details on the boat. In the beginning I noticed and learned about the bigger obvious things, like the sails, cockpit and masts, but after some time the smaller things started to catch my eyes.
First and foremost I’d like to send a shout out to Brian & Karin for being such generous hosts as well great friends; and a special shout out to the Delos supporters, and friends and family that I fondly referred to as the Delos Tribe.
The crew leaves the anchorage at Cloud 9 and sails West through the center of the Philippines.
Time is an interesting thing. I remember being a young boy watching the clock when 1 hour seemed like an eternity. When driving up the coast to Brisbane was a marathon and the summer school holidays seemed to go on forever. I now look back on the past year and it has happened in the blink of an eye.
The crew leaves the marina in Davao and sails 350 miles north to the incredible destination of Could 9 on Siargao!
Sailing the Phillippine Islands Visayas- Sailing SV Delos Ep. 40
After finishing school, we party hard with our new classmates, go flying on a zipline, hit the wakeboard park, get another awesome crew member and finally head out of Oceanview marina! Its a goodie!
The crew explore the amazing island of Samal, visit the best buffet in the world and we go to school. Come along for the ride!
The drone lives on! Our first drone flight of the season at the awesome Morakot Hong at Ko Mok, Thailand! I was a little nervous flying above the cliffs but pulled it off even though my fingers were shaking a bit.
The cameras and other equipment we use on Delos to capture the experience and be able to stay connected while in the middle of nowhere on a cruising boat.
