Sailing in Madagascar isn’t just a sport, it’s a way of life for the local people!With our time winding down we prepare Delos to sail to South Africa to escape the coming cyclone season. On our way we take our Friend Florent to a remote village to check out a pirogue he’s building. The village is very traditional and specialize in building the sailing pirogues we are so fascinated with. After making friends with a few of the locals they take us sailing on thei pirogue and we reciprocate by giving them a ride on Delos. They have never seen a yacht before and it blows their minds ð
