Biggest Wave: approx 20 ft. Sailing at night (of course) from Tahiti to Huahine a wave broke on our arch and surfboards and for the first time got us wet in our center cockpit. The top of our arch is 14 feet above the water.
Fastest Boat Speed: 14.2 knots speed over the ground sailing downwind (surfing actually) off the Gold Coast of Mexico in 35 knots of breeze
Average wind at sea: 15-20 knots in the SE trades
Liquor Consumed (by us and friends on Delos): 264 bottles of wine, 40 liters of rum, 352 cans of beer, 25 Heineken 5L mini-kegs, 6 liters of gin, 5 liters of Tequila, 4 liters of vodka, 3 bottles Johnny Walker Black, 1 bottle Oban Scotch
Fresh Water Consumed: 32,000 liters (8,443 gallons) to make this water we ended up running our water maker for 200 hours @ 160 liters/hour. We have never filled Delos from dock water since leaving the US.
Fuel Used: 4080 liters (1076 gallons)

Generator Hours: 861 hours
Fish Caught: 10 lobsters, 8 Mahi- Mahi, 5 Tuna, 1 Wahoo, 1 Shark. We’ve never been without fish in the freezer!
