We eat and drink our way through the amazing city of Singapore with new friends! All too soon we must move north and set sail for Langkawi, Malaysia through the notorious Malacca Straits!
Sailing Into The Busiest Port In The World!- Sailing SV Delos Ep. 53
After filling up with cheap diesel in Brunei we set sail for Singapore, a 700 mile sail across the South China Sea. Over the 7 day passage some awesome sailing, some intense squalls, and deal with the crazy shipping traffic entering Singapore.
We left Cocos (keeling) at 2:35 June 22nd, we were all in high spirits and the air was alive with excitement and anticipation for our 1500 NM long passage across a big chunk of the Indian ocean, our destination Chagos.

Brian and Karin take 3 months off cruising to visit family in Sweden and America and end up circumnavigating the entire globe by air in 3 months! They return to Kudat and have only 4 days to get Delos ship-shape before the new crew arrives.

Superyachting with Brady and Josje!- Sailing SV Delos Ep. 50
Check out the adventure of Brady and Josje from the time they left Delos and ran dry of cruising cash! They were lucky enough to work on some MASSIVE sailboats cruising around the Pacific!
In the morning you see him with a cup of water sitting up on deck staring out at the open sea. Sometimes up at the bow meditating, with his headphones in. In a good anchorage he takes the paddleboard out for a ride to explore our new home and he can be away for hours.
Delos goes way up the Kinabatangan River, deep into the jungles of Borneo! Along the way we spot Proboscis Monkey’s (AKA Dick Nose), massive crocodiles, and even pigmy elephants! Awesome times 🙂
Well, to be honest I didn’t know much at all before I arrived in Langkawi, Malaysia, to meet up with the Delos crew who at that point was Brian and Karin. Me and my girlfriend Frida were probably as blank as a page can be when it comes to boats and sailing.
Awesome footage of the crew playing with Dolphins in Cocos (Keeling)! Such smart animals, they loved our attempts to mimic them!

Tossing and turning throughout the night, it didn’t seem like I got much sleep at all. I remember waking up in the middle of the night really frustrated. All I wanted was to sleep. Or even a bed that was still.
