SLOW TV – Beating Upwind to Grenada (Bonus Video)

The experiment continues 🙂  Thanks for all the feedback on our last Slow Tv episode!   For this one we strapped the camera just above the cockpit.  It’s one static view 40 minutes long of Delos beating upwind from Trinidad to Grenada.  The idea behind these videos is to provide a relaxing, ambient experience with natural audio and no editing.  Something to relax to, put up on your flatscreen or second monitor, and just zone out and watch the world go by.

Hope you enjoy, and as always looking forward to your feedback and suggestions.

Fair Winds, Karin, Brian, Brady, and Alex.

Don’t know anything about SLOW TV?  Some info below 🙂

On a recent sail we were inspired by a TED talk on the concept of Slow TV.  The idea is to capture an experience from a point of view over a long time span.  Here is a link to the TED talk if you are interested: https://www.ted.com/talks/thomas_hellum_the_world_s_most_boring_television_and_why_it_s_hilariously_addictive?language=en
