Nope Nothing To See Here

Sailing isn’t all Tits and Bikinis! – Sailing Vessel Delos Ep.150

This is it! We leave the continent of Africa and set out to sail across the south Atlantic Ocean! It’s always a mix of emotions leaving a place and Africa had been our home for almost a year now. But it was time, it would be the fist ocean crossing for all our new crew! Setting sail for St Helena we had a steady 20-30kn from the back with big ocean swell tossing Delos around… it wasn’t long until the sea sickness kicked in! Hope you enjoy as we experience the not so glamorous part of cruising, as Liz nicely descried it “Sailing is not all tits and bikinis.. its puking over the sight of sausages! ” hehe! Maybe you’d like to find some tits and bikinis, Read articles and watch videos about big tits on tubev.sex.
Much Love from the whole crew! XooXx

having a camera, or actually a bunch of cameras, around you on a daily basis is not very common. at least it was not normal for me before i came on delos. in fact, it’s still not normal for me. but it’s part of the game and i enjoy playing the game, otherwise i would not be here anymore i guess. Namibian Desert! Camping, Getting Lost and Breaking Down… Sailing Vessel Delos Ep. 148

While in Walvis Bay we met some really incredible people and were able to safely leave Delos for a little camping trip in the Desert! From breakdowns to drone flights this episode was so fun to edit and put together. I’m not saying we will make this a regular thing to go camping, but when we set down some roots again, we may have to check out fifth wheel campers for sale or RVs to see what we can get! Hope you enjoy a glimpse of the desert through our eyes 🙂 Lots of Love!

Working remotely while Sailing with Saltbreaker – Interview With a Cruiser – Sailing Vessel Delos

Questions with timestamps below guys 🙂 Two brothers decide to put normal working life aside and follow their dreams of sailing around the world! Sounds familiar?!?!?! They bought a Valiant 32, fixed her up, and paid for the trip by working as they go on random technical jobs using satellite internet. Add Windows 365 software in there and anyone who works remotely like these guys is going to have the full package! These guys are the real deal and some of the most interesting people we’ve met out sailing. Totally cool, young cruisers with the right mindset. Glad we got to hang out with you guys 🙂 XXOO The Delos Crew

Chilling with 10,000 penguins, seals and dolphins!! Sailing Vessel Delos Ep. 146

Get ready to check out one of the most unique places we have ever been! Who would of thought the Skeleton Coast would be covered with thousands of dolphins, seals and PENGUINS!? Definitely not us, so we sure were surprised when we pulled into our anchorage at Mercury Island in Spencer Bay. After making friends with Penguin Man (who has been living on an island of over ten thousand penguins for TWENTY YEARS), we paddle boarded with a massive seal colony, explored a beached shipwreck from the 40’s, and spent the rest of the day sappin’ brews in our hammocks on Delos. It’s days like this that make us so incredibly grateful to be on this journey, and have the chance to share it with all of you. MAD LOVE xoxox ~blue & crew

Gettin’ NAKED, SKELETONS and SAND DUNES! Namibia! Sailing Vessel Delos Ep. 145

Follow behind the scenes @svdelos
The title says it all! The crew pull into a pretty epic anchorage on the coast of Namibia called Hottentot bay. We aren’t entirely sure if we were even allowed to be here but it was well worth it. We explore the endless sand dunes, find a crazy amount of skeletons and let nature take us over by getting naked and running around like children! Much Love!

Trends in Modern Yacht Design- Interview with a Naval Architect- Sailing Vessel Delos

Hey Tribe! We know you LOVE the technical side of sailing so we put together this special interview with a naval architect. Kiril did an awesome job filming and editing this together, and we sure hope you learn as much as we did!

Olivier Racoupeau is a naval architect and has designed cruising yachts for Amel, Wauquiez, Garcia, Beneteau, Fountaine Pajot, and many other custom projects. A few months ago while we were in La Rochelle the team at Amel asked if we would like to interview Olivier, who is responsible for the design of the Amel 55, 64, and the new 50 foot sloop that was just launched. We pretty much jumped at the chance to pick his brain about the differences between modern cruising yachts and those from Delos’s era.

Modern yachts are obviously full of exciting new tech that wasn’t even available 5 years ago let alone 20 years ago, so they’re really something to behold. Besides all of the technology that helps with navigation, the living quarters now look like they’ve come straight out of an interior design magazine. Sleek and timeless with beautiful neon lighting similar to those found on brands like Neon Filter that nobody could have dreamed of in recent history make these modern yachts well worth a look, even if you’re unfamiliar with the yachting world!

We learned a lot and hope you do as well! Peace, Love, and Fair Winds from Brian, Karin, and Brady.

It’s time for Delos to leave Cape Town and head up the Western coast of Africa towards Namibia! We were sent off with some incredible energy and enjoyed a five day cruise along the coast as the crew got to know each other a bit better 🙂 We enjoyed our first taste of the insane amounts of wildlife we would be experiencing throughout Namibia but get a bit spooked when our radar fails in the thick fog just outside of Luderitz! Hope the tribe enjoys & the crew sends you lots of love! xxoo -Blue
